Aluminum Cases

One aluminum case can be mainly made of 6 parts.

All the jobs are finished by worker with their hand. So, for most of our customers, they can choose the parts of the case by themselves. Usually, it is not necessary to consider the charge of mould. For most of aluminum case, we can not make new mould. We have so many different styles for your reference. It is helpful for us to save a lot of cost and it can increase our competition.

All the parts can be chosen by ourselves. So,cases are designed for your own. It can meet our requirements easily. We can change the color, style, size and other things, but we do not need to consider the cost of the change.

Aluminum Tool Cases

Aluminum panel or ABS case with extruded frame and black ABS or metal corners.
To fit your different tools, we consider every part for you.
For lid, 1, if you do not want your tool to move when you carry them, we can put wave foam in the lid.
2, If you want to put your catalogues in the lid, we can make a pocket in the lid.

For the base, 1, if your tools have different styles, we can make a tool pallet that holds your tools, or we can separate the base into some different place, then you can put one style into one place.
2, If your tools are easy to damage, we can cut the foam to protect your tools.

Sometimes, carrying aluminum cases by hand is hard work for us. We put the strap into the case, if you need, you can use it. Of course, if your tools are too heavy for you, we can make the wheel for you.
